And that precisely is what Alpha Camera Club did – we went for coffee at the Ledesma Coffee Farm, one of the last few farms in Cavite dedicated to growing Philippine Liberica, the coffee that generations of early Filipinos thrived on.
Sir Lester Ledesma whose family owns the farm hosted Alpha Camera Club and gave us the ins and outs of coffee growing from tree to cup.
